Introducing the ultimate power-to-weight rechargeable lightweight headlamp, the V3air rechargeable.

The V3air rechargeable is the lightest rechargeable headlamp in our range, weighing only 148g you will barely notice wearing it. The lightweight battery pack is placed on the back strap for achieving the optimal weight placement for any activity.

Despite the low weight the V3air rechargeable still delivers impressive 360 lumens, which is more than enough for almost any activity.

Foam Padding, Silicone Striping and Split Headband

The V3air rechargeable is extraordinary comfortable, and can be worn for hours without discomfort. The minimal size, foam padding and revolutionary headband design makes the V3air rechargeable one of the most comfortable headlamps on the market.
The foam padding on the backside of the lamp head relieves any pressure against your forehead. Further on has the V3air rechargeable been fitted with our revolutionary split headband, that ensures maximum stability and eliminates the need for a top strap. Silicone stripes on the inside of the headband helps the headlamp stay in place.

Switch and Intelligent Light Control

The switch inside a Suprabeam headlamp is first grade electronics, ensuring a long lifetime and correct functionality every time.

The switch is metal button placed underneath the head, allowing you to step through the light modes easily, even with gloves on. The different light functions are controlled by ILC = Intelligent Light Control

Max = Maximum output allowed by battery and LED
Standard = Start level, a medium light output
Dimmer = Dim your light to the prefered output

V3 Series – Intelligent Light Control

Two preset settings and electronic dimming

  1. Click to turn on the headlamp in standard mode or the last used setting
  2. Click and hold for 0,8 sec. to switch to the MAX level. Click and hold again for 0,8 sec. to switch back
  3. Click to turn off

Transportation Lock

Activate transportation lock when traveling with your headlamp

  1. Turn on the headlamp in standard/memory
  2. Click and hold for 6 sec. to activate transportation lock
  3. Click and hold for 6 sec. to deactivate transportation lock

Quality Material

High quality aluminium, space grey anodized

All of our headlamps are made from High Strength Aluminium, which is anodized in Suprabeam’s signature colour Suprabeam grey. Using aluminum has many advantages; it gives a sturdy and durable torch, that can withstand being used. Our aluminum head also works as a big heat-sink, ensuring that the LED is being cooled properly

Battery Reserve Light

All rechargeable headlamps from 2015+ have this feature included as a new standard

When the battery reaches the last 10% of its total capacity, its integrated Battery Reserve feature automatically fades the light down to approximately 10-15% of the headlamps maximum lumens output.

This way you will get a visual notification, that the battery is low, and you will always know, when it is time to find a new battery or start heading home. With at least 40-80 lumens available in battery reserve for up to 30-60 minutes, depending on the rechargeable headlamp model.

Save Money – While rechargeable batteries cost more initially, they can be reused hundreds of times and last for years, if used properly.

Protect the Environment – Batteries contain corrosive materials and heavy metals. Their manufacture, transportation and disposal can impair human health and the environment- In California, batteries are banned from landfills and must be either recycled or handled as hazardous waste. Using rechargeable batteries greatly reduces the number of overall batteries required and disposed of.

Conserve Resources, Prevent Waste – Because rechargeable batteries can be used over and over, far fewer need to be manufactured and transported than when using single-use disposable batteries.
