There are a few issues that can cause this problem. To provide the best support, please check the following:
- Is the battery inserted in the correct orientation?
If the battery is inserted incorrectly and you attempt to turn on the Q7xrs, the endcap may short-circuit. - Check the connection pins for damage.
All pins should be “pushed up.” Below is an image of a defective endcap for reference.
