Suprabeam products are built to last for years and years, and they deserve a support programme that lasts just as long. Therefore we are introducing Lifetime Product Support instead of the limited 5 years warranty.

Based on years of product support, our experience is that the majority of requests concern self-inflicted damage in one way or another, which is not covered by any warranty. With the Lifetime Product Support we give customers the opportunity to get help with products that are no longer covered by warranty or products they have accidently damaged themselves. The customer will get a free repair and will only be charged for shipping and any spare parts needed.

We have serviced +10 year old Suprabeam lights, that now works perfectly again.

Practical Information:

• The warranty period will be shortened from 5 to 2 years.
• The 2 year warranty will take effect on products sold after 31/12/2021.
• Information on 5 year warranty have been removed from all online and physical materials.

The store will still handle all warranty and support issues within the 2 year warranty period.
