At Suprabeam, we stand behind every product we make. Whether your issue is covered by our 2-year warranty or falls outside of it, we’re here to help.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all headlamps and flashlights, ensuring peace of mind from day one. And when those two years are up? You’re still covered by our Lifetime Support, where you only pay for shipping and spare parts. The repair work is on us.

Suprabeam warranty

2 year warranty period

All Suprabeam headlamps and flashlights come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing fault or material defect during normal use, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

Please note that batteries are not included, as they are considered consumable items. The warranty also doesn’t cover damage caused by modifications, accidents, or improper use or repair by anyone other than Suprabeam.

If you purchased your Suprabeam product from a local dealer or distributor, we recommend contacting them directly for warranty support. For any other questions, you’re always welcome to reach out to us through the Support Form.

If your product isn’t covered by warranty

Accidents happen—we get it.

Sometimes accidents just happen – and we get it. Over the years, we’ve helped customers around the world bring their lights back to life after unexpected mishaps:

 

“I dropped my flashlight from a pretty high scaffolding, and it wont turn on. I think the switch broke.”

“I forgot to activate the transportation lock on my M6xr, and it turned on in my backpack and melted the lens”

“I was out hiking when I dropped my headlamp on some rocks and it cracked the lens, can you help??”

This is why we offer Lifetime Product Support for all Suprabeam lights, regardless of warranty status. If your light is damaged, you can send it to us from anywhere in the world. You’ll only pay for the shipping and the cost of any replacement parts. 

 

Here’s how it works:

  1. Fill out the Support Form
    Once submitted, we’ll assess whether the issue is covered by warranty or qualifies for repair under our lifetime support.
  2. We’ll guide you through the next steps
    If your product needs to be sent in, or if it can be fixed with a spare part at home, we’ll let you know exactly what to expect and what it will cost.
  3. You approve before we proceed
    For any repair service, you’ll only be charged for return shipping, plus the cost of any spare parts if needed. Labor is always free.

Repairing instead of replacing might not be good for business, but it is good for the environment, your wallet, and it is the kind of service you can expect when purchasing a Suprabeam product.

Our support process must always go through the place where the Suprabeam product was purchased. First hand inspection of the product ensures the easiest support process for all parties. Should this not be possible for whatever reason, please fill out the form below.

All inquiries that could have been handled from the place of purchase, will be directed to the place of purchase.

To ensure the best possible customer service we strongly encourage you to read our troubleshooting guide. This will give you a better understanding of the product, and what could be wrong. Please fill out all fields, and if possible upload a picture of the receipt and the product.

If your Suprabeam product is not covered by the warranty, we will inform you and help with the repair process.

    We’ve made it simple for you to address issues with your product. Start by filling out our warranty form. Once submitted, our support team will evaluate whether the issue is covered under warranty or if the product will need repair.

    If your product is covered by warranty, we’ll guide you through the next steps. If it requires repair outside of warranty, we’ll inform you of any associated costs, including spare parts if needed.

    Please note: If your product needs to be sent to us, you will need to pay for the cost of shipment. Troubleshooting and repair evaluations are free of charge, you will only pay for the parts used in repair. Our support team will provide full details after reviewing your warranty form.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    The Lifetime Product Support starts with the support form. Based on the information you have provided, our support team will determine if the problem can be fixed by sending a spare part, or if our support team needs to take a look at it.

    If the problem can be fixed by sending a spare part, this is the easiest solution. You will only be charged for the spare part and shipping.

    If our support team determines that we need to take a closer look, you will need to send in your Suprabeam product. With any repair job a minimum charge of 15€ is mandatory. This charge covers the return shipment, time spent by our support teams is 100% free. Should any spare parts be required for the repair, you will be contacted before we move forward.

    *Please always send your Suprabeam product WITHOUT rechargeable lithium batteries

    Yes. We can handle support cases from anywhere in the world, but be aware that overseas shipping prices can be expensive. We do not cover any shipping charges.

    If your products needs repair, the repair itself takes no longer than 5 business days. The shipping time depends on destination.

    The photos help our Support Team determine whether or not you will need to send in the product.

    If you suspect that the problem with your Suprabeam product is due to defects in materials or workmanship, and that your product is within our 2 year warranty period, contact the local shop first. If they cannot help please fill out the form above.

    When you have filled out the support form, we will determine whether you will need to send your product in for repair,  or if the problem can be solved by sending you a spare part.

    If the problem requires troubleshooting and repair from our technicians, we will ask you to send your product to our factory in Denmark. The minimum fee is €15 to cover administration and return shipment costs. Should the repair require any spare parts we will contact you regarding the price of the spare part. Should you not wish to pay for a spare part, we can send the product back to you or arrange for correct disposal.

    When you product is repaired we will send you an email invoice, and as soon as the payment goes through we will ship your product back to you.

    All Suprabeam products are marked with a batch code. The batch code consists of two letters and one digit (Example: GK-1) and can be found on a white sticker when removing the battery.

    Headlamps:
    Open the batterypack and remove the rechargeable battery or the alkaline batteries to reveal the white sticker inside the batterypack.

    Flashlights
    Unscrew the switch and remove the rechargeable battery or alkaline batteries. On Q3, Q3classic, Q3defend, Q4, Q4defend the white sticker is found on the side of the batterypack, on all other torches the white sticker will be inside the tube.

    Multilamps
    Unscrew the endcap and remove the battery to reveal the white sticker.

    Worklights
    The batch code can be found printed on either the front or the back of the light.

    All Suprabeam batteries are marked with a batch code. The batch code consists of four letters (example: “CPMG”) and is printed on the battery.
